RETURN POLICY

Return Eligibility Requirements

ALMOST all items are eligible for a return, please see below for exceptions & rules:

  • If you feel you have received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.  Some return reasons will require a photo submission, please submit clear photos showing the issue.
  • Items must be returned unworn and unwashed in addition to being smoke, deodorant, make-up and damage free.
  • Original tags (if applicable) must be attached & intact.
  • Must be in Original clear garment packaging with SKU label
  • Shoes must be shipped back in their original shoe box. The shoe box needs to be placed in another box or mailer bag to avoid damage from shipping.
  • Final Sale items and non-returnable categories will not be accepted for return. These are a list of non-returnable categories:
    • Items within our Final Sale Collection here !
    • Beauty
    • Intimates/Lingerie (i.e. Self Adhesive Bras), Face Masks, and Jewelry
    • Any items marked 50% off or more at time of sale
    • Gift cards

Very Important: Return requests must be initiated within 5 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 5 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

To start the return process please CLICKING HERE to fill out the return request form.  Then within 1 to 2 business days We will e-mail you Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions along with an email confirmation. All return orders must include RA number for processing purposes.

 

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
  • Please allow us 7 - 10 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the refund
  • We will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
